Congratulations Limkokwing University on your new campus in Lesotho

It is with great pleasure that I congratulate the Limkokwing University of Creative Technolgy on the opening of its new campus in Maseru, Lesotho.

I understand that this is the University’s eighth foreign campus. Indeed its continued growth and expansion brings global respect and recognition to Malaysia for the high standards of its education.

I hope that the University will actively contribute towards building the creative and innovation skills of Lesotho’s next generation. This is significant, because the development of human capital that is dynamic, capable and knowledgeable remains the single most critical building block for progress.

My warmest wishes to the University that it may achieve its aspirations for Lesotho and Africa.
